Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales, or Sales Support.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to navigate ERP systems such as Syteline.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a consultative selling approach.
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Ability to generate original solutions to business opportunities.
- Ability to lead by example, negotiate, and build relationships.
Responsibilities
- Service distributors with quick responsiveness delivering quotes, ideas, solutions, and resolutions.
- Develop action plans to set and help achieve territory goals.
- Manage quoting projects, proactive ideation, and high-quantity orders.
- Analyze reports and data to pinpoint gaps in growth.
- Partner with Account Specialists to maximize territory coverage and revenue potential.
- Navigate, qualify, and research B2B partnerships via email, phone, social media, and virtual visits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expected volume of proactive customer calls.
