  • 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including proven experience building and directing teams or functions within B2B technology, fintech, or payments.
  • Strong background marketing in stablecoins, banking-as-a-service (BaaS), cross-border payments, or emerging financial infrastructure.
  • Track record of building a marketing engine from an early stage into a mature, high-performing function, including hands-on experience utilizing modern, AI-native frameworks and operational tools.
  • Proven success marketing API-first or developer-facing products, with deep experience in product-led growth strategies and technical positioning.

  • Design, deploy, and scale modern AI agents, automated workflows, and systems to execute high-impact marketing operations efficiently as the company grows.
  • Take end-to-end executive accountability for the inbound engine—from traffic generation, conversion, and lead qualification through to sales handoff—to hit key pipeline targets.
  • Build and optimize self-serve and usage-driven growth motions for API-first financial products to complement top-down enterprise sales initiatives.
  • Establish a category-defining brand strategy and compelling technical narrative that resonates with developers, engineering leaders, and key business decision-makers.
  • Lead direction and execution across digital performance, technical content, and industry events, ensuring quantitative rigor across all channels.

  • Define executive- and board-level KPIs, establishing reporting frameworks that map marketing investments directly to pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
