Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in public health, health IT, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in health IT, preferably in health information exchange operations or program management.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supervisory roles.
- Strong working knowledge of interoperability principles and the national interoperability landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional program operations, including resource management and workflow optimization.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and manage efficient workflows and data-driven reporting processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, diplomacy, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor data governance policies and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
- Ability to perform travel as needed (approximately 10%).
Responsibilities
- Manage operational functions for Trust Framework programs, ensuring strategic objective, timeline, and budget alignment.
- Support onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle management for participants connected via trust frameworks.
- Implement and maintain operational workflows and systems to enhance program efficiency and scalability.
- Represent Trust Frameworks in internal coordination and select external working groups.
- Design and maintain data governance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
- Collaborate with ONC to define metrics for TEFCA adoption and manage reporting processes to track program health.
- Lead program operations team members, fostering collaboration and professional development.
