Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience managing multiple initiatives and geographically distributed stakeholders.
- Experience working within a technology company or B2B software environment.
- Strong background managing complex projects using project management platforms (Jira preferred).
- Proven ability to create repeatable frameworks, processes, and operating models.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience managing change and setting goals.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently prioritize work.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and methodologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic projects in partnership with department leadership.
- Lead complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution, including product launches, process improvements, and technology rollouts.
- Build project plans, manage timelines, define milestones, and coordinate deliverables.
- Own project backlogs, tracking systems, and reporting processes to maintain visibility into progress, risks, and capacity.
- Develop and implement scalable program management frameworks, workflows, and performance scorecards.
- Establish measurement strategies to evaluate project outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Foster collaboration and align geographically distributed groups through project management best practices.
