Job Details

Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management.
Advanced knowledge of multiple major hotel brands, systems, and revenue management practices.
Experience managing high-performing hotels in competitive and dynamic markets.
Proven ability to present business insights and recommendations to ownership groups, investors, and executive stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of hotel operations and hospitality industry dynamics.
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Professional proficiency in English.

Analyze hotel performance data to implement pricing, yield, channel, and e-commerce strategies.
Lead revenue strategy meetings with owners, general managers, and sales leaders.
Build client relationships through strategic recommendations and proactive revenue guidance.
Present performance insights and results to ownership groups and investment stakeholders.
Review daily performance reports to identify revenue growth and operational improvements.
Manage online travel agency relationships and digital strategies to increase visibility.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to uncover additional revenue opportunities.
Support the improvement of revenue management tools and reporting frameworks.
Optimize room revenue and RevPAR performance across a portfolio of 8–15 hotels.
