Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
- Hands-on experience at tech startups, especially those with a heavy focus on UX.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and successful projects.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience in adapting designs for various devices and screen sizes.
- Strong analytical skills, including conducting user research and analyzing data.
- Ability to gather insights and apply them to design solutions.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Aptitude for proactive cross-cultural communication.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Empathetic approach to design thinking.
- Strong knack for first-principles, hyper-logical problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analyze user and business needs to create effective interfaces with a focus on onboarding journeys.
- Gather and interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audience.
- Create wireframes, layouts, and designs that meet user requirements and business goals.
- Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts with users.
- Define optimal navigation flows and interactions for websites and applications.
- Maintain design consistency and adhere to technical requirements during the development process.
