Requirements
- 5+ years in a product design role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Fluent in AI tooling for customer discovery, problem definition, and prototyping.
- Strong research, storytelling, mapping, and blueprinting skills.
- Strong visual and interface skills with experience in complex functional interfaces.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a strong bias towards action.
- Highly proficient in Figma, especially auto-layout.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Vibe-coding experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from discovery to delivery, including post-launch analysis.
- Use AI tools across research synthesis, ideation, writing, and prototyping.
- Build and ship interactive, working prototypes to gather early user feedback.
- Uncover user needs by combining qualitative and quantitative evidence.
- Facilitate workshops to drive team alignment, trade-offs, and decision-making.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system while considering the broader product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams.
