Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS desktop applications.
- Strong background in designing complex interfaces (tables, filters, permissions, settings).
- Experience working as one of a few designers in a small company (under 50 people).
- Ability to demonstrate individual contributions and specific design decisions in portfolio.
- Clear and concise communication skills in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Practical experience using LLMs in product design workflows.
- Ability to treat engineering feasibility as an input and optimize designs for faster shipping.
Responsibilities
- Own features from initial customer discovery through to production deployment.
- Write product specifications and manage ticketing workflows in the absence of PMs.
- Pair closely with engineers on system design, feasibility, and edge cases.
- Maintain and evolve design components and patterns to increase team velocity.
- Develop tools and skills for engineers to perform effective design work independently.
- Review PRs and conduct production verification to ensure design quality.
