Requirements
- Proven experience building, scaling, and maintaining production-ready design systems.
- Deep understanding of design constraints and guidelines for Web, iOS, and Android.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with a portfolio showing scalable design decisions.
- Familiarity with how developers inspect, build, and consume components in code repositories.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (libraries, auto-layout, variants, variables).
- Solid grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Familiarity with component-driven frameworks such as React and Flutter.
- Knowledge of Atomic Design methodology.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills for technical documentation and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an exceptionally high standard for layout, typography, colour, spacing, visual hierarchy, and overall digital finish.
- Design, build, and maintain robust component libraries that scale seamlessly across products.
- Define interactive behaviors and state transitions to ensure components feel alive and intuitive.
- Structure and maintain design tokens to drive consistency between design environments and code.
- Organize complex variants, properties, and components within Figma to empower other product designers.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to navigate technical constraints across Web, React, Flutter, Android, and iOS/Native app environments.
- Create clear, comprehensive usage guidelines and documentation for component use.
