Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building, training, and shipping machine learning models (classical ML and deep learning) in production.
- Fluency in a modern deep learning framework, ideally PyTorch.
- 5+ years of experience writing production-grade Python with clean, well-structured code.
- Deep hands-on experience building and deploying LLM/agent systems including RAG, tool use, multi-step reasoning, and evaluations.
- Strong understanding of model evaluation techniques like offline metrics and online A/B tests.
- Experience shipping features into production systems, including backend services, APIs, and frontend integration.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node for full-stack integration.
- Strong product mindset with ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize shipping.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and a bias for data-driven action.
Responsibilities
- Take new models and AI capabilities from idea to production by designing, training, evaluating, and deploying them end-to-end.
- Improve price prediction models using data to help users make better procurement decisions.
- Iterate on ranking, search, and retrieval systems to match subcontractors to tenders.
- Design offline evaluations and run online A/B tests to drive metrics-led iteration.
- Develop and improve agentic systems that orchestrate multi-step reasoning for complex workflows.
- Ship work into production, including model, backend service, API, and TypeScript web app integration.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business problems into ML/AI features.
- Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve deployed production ML/AI systems.
