Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating delightful, polished interfaces and interactions (motion and detail).
- Proven track record shipping high-traffic, consumer-facing products in React and React Native.
- Deep fluency in modern JS/TypeScript and cross-platform frontend architecture: state management, performance, accessibility.
- A real eye for interaction design and motion (animations and haptics).
- Strong Figma literacy - ability to read a design file like code.
- Good judgment about when to polish and when to ship.
- Comfortable working independently on a distributed, global team.
- Hands-on experience with crypto wallets, blockchain, or related Web3 products is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Build pixel-perfect interfaces in React and React Native, with obsessive attention to detail.
- Design and implement the animations and micro-interactions (Rive, Lottie, or similar) that make every tap feel considered.
- Prototype fast and test with real users.
- Translate Figma designs into accessible, production-ready components fast and with minimal handoff friction.
- Build agentic workflows and tooling that speed up design-to-code and day-to-day engineering work.
- Grow the MetaMask design system: reusable, accessible components built to scale across platforms.
- Push for craft everywhere - the small animation nobody asked for that makes an interaction click.
