Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python and Node.js.
- Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (ECS, Lambda, EC2, ELB, API Gateway, Security groups, VPCs).
- Experience with OpenSearch.
- Proficiency in TDD (Test Driven Development) and clean code principles.
- Experience with CI/CD and automation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps environments.
- Knowledge of integration patterns, event-driven architecture, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the team to design, implement, and deliver effective cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, customer success, architecture, and peer teams to meet business objectives.
- Maintain ownership of specific horizontal platform areas following the 'you build it, you run it' philosophy.
- Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure robust software delivery.
- Apply engineering best practices including TDD, clean code, and automation for testing, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and prototyping workflows.
