Requirements
- Significant experience designing and implementing full-stack applications.
- Experience with Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, gRPC, and event-driven architectures.
- Solid understanding of API design, data modeling, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, modern HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with frontend development practices and tools.
- Strong focus on performance, accessibility, code quality, and maintainability.
- Excellent English skills.
- Located in one of the European time zones.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Go.
- Improve system performance, monitoring, and developer experience across the stack.
- Drive technical design, code quality, and architectural improvements through RFCs and reviews.
- Develop scalable, high-performance frontend features using Vue.
- Build and evolve high-traffic, user-facing pages ensuring fast load times.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end features.
- Implement A/B tests and rollout strategies.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across APIs and systems.
- Review code, mentor teammates, and conduct technical interviews.
