- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proactive usage of modern development tools and AI-powered workflows.
- Passion for music and supporting artists/groups.
Responsibilities
- Own full-stack development lifecycles from initial concept through production deployment.
- Build platform features and tools designed to connect artists with their fan bases.
- Architect and implement scalable, resilient systems capable of managing high-traffic, event-based usage.
- Help shape the platform architecture and technical team strategy during a period of growth.
- Collaborate with the engineering team while mentoring junior developers.
- Share technical knowledge and promote best practices in clean code and system efficiency.
