Requirements
- Experience building and shipping production full-stack systems that you have owned
- Strong React fundamentals or equivalent modern frontend framework experience
- Strong Node.js backend fundamentals with REST or GraphQL in a typed language
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered features and AI frameworks like Langchain
- Understanding of AI architectures including RAG and reranking
- Experience building applications on modern databases such as MongoDB or Postgres
- Ability to work with infrastructure as code, cloud, and CI/CD systems
- React Native experience is a plus
- Excitement to leverage AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and propose innovative AI-native solutions to technical problems
- Write clean scalable code
- Ship full-stack features across React, React Native, and Node.js
- Test and deploy features and services, and optimize the performance of AI systems
- Respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous system reliability
- Mentor team members and collaborate across teams
- Understand user needs and solve design challenges
