Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
Moderate to high level of proficiency in Excel.

Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across an organization at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.

Partner with Sales Operations Project Managers and Program Managers to define project objectives, scope, business requirements, success metrics, and implementation approaches.
Lead discovery efforts and conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis to identify business issues and recommend solutions.
Translate ambiguous business requests into clear requirements, recommendations, and decision-ready materials.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders on priorities, processes, requirements, risks, and strategies.
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, measure performance, and influence decision-making.
Propose and implement reports, dashboards, and tools that support strategic decisions and performance visibility.
Champion continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
