Requirements
- 3–5 years in an analyst, business operations, or data-driven role.
- Demonstrated ability to own the full data-to-output workflow independently.
- Consulting experience (Big 4 preferred) supporting business operations.
- Hands-on proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Extensive knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and LLMs.
- Ability to identify data anomalies and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
- High organizational rigor with experience handling confidential financial or customer data.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience supporting Human Resources or Customer Support departments is a plus.
- Familiarity with workforce/capacity planning, vendor management, or BPO environments.
- SQL or BI tool experience (Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain workforce analytics covering headcount, attrition, compensation, and engagement.
- Research, test, and benchmark AI tools for HR and customer operations use cases.
- Model headcount, capacity, and cost for outsourced/BPO partners and track SLA performance.
- Track performance across people and customer operations, surfacing risks and gaps to leadership.
- Produce executive-ready materials including decks, memos, and talking points using AI productivity tools.
- Coordinate across functions to gather input on strategy, M&A integration, and comp cycles.
