Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or business operations roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines.
- Proven troubleshooting abilities with strong judgment and urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Experience using data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Jira.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience working in technology, hospitality, or customer experience environments is preferred.
- Experience supporting high-profile stakeholders where confidentiality and discretion are essential is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, review, and maintain high-quality listing pages ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
- Manage guest selection, vetting, communications, and logistics with discretion.
- Coordinate projects across internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Partner with engineering teams to identify tooling needs, improve workflows, and support testing.
- Analyze experience performance and impact metrics to drive operational improvements.
- Troubleshoot operational issues during standard and on-call hours with urgency.
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, processes, and operational best practices.
