Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a job relevant field.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in patient access, healthcare operations, business systems management, project management, or analytics.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of workforce management and quality improvement programs.
- Ability to partner effectively with clinical, operational, and IT leadership.
- Experience in an academic healthcare setting or related field (preferred).
- Experience in a contact center environment (preferred).
- Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the programs, business systems, and shared functions that support the Patient Access Center.
- Oversee operational programs including workforce management, training, quality programs, business systems optimization, and process improvement.
- Partner with internal teams, clinical and operational leaders, IT, and analytics to ensure shared services programs align with organizational goals.
- Enhance access, team performance, and the patient/family experience through data-driven initiatives.
- Collaborate across departmental lines to ensure effective execution of business operations and systems.
