Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategic operations, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex operational projects.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience with change management principles.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools like SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex operational projects from conception to completion.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement optimization and automation solutions.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and operational metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance departments.
- Drive the adoption of continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure execution of operational initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports to executive stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster operational excellence.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance productivity.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party solutions.
