Requirements
- 5 or more years of operations management experience.
- BA or BS degree.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
- Proven troubleshooting ability and sound judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets.
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Jira.
- Interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and ensure the accuracy and quality of listing pages.
- Support guest selection, vetting, communication, and logistics.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners and vendors to maintain alignment.
- Work with engineering to identify tooling gaps, advocate for fixes, and support testing.
- Analyze the results and impact of experiences.
- Resolve issues during standard and on-call hours.
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows and processes.
