Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in account management, business development, international business, e-commerce, or sales operations.
- Experience selling supplements or CPG products into China through distributors or trade partners.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Amazon or international distributors is a plus.
- Experience with China e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, Douyin, LRB/Xiaohongshu) is a strong plus.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with China partner, WPIC.
- Drive accountability against business objectives, KPIs, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional work between internal sales, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
- Develop and execute annual sales and growth plans for platforms like Tmall, JD, Douyin, and Little Red Book.
- Monitor performance, forecast demand, and coordinate inventory planning.
- Prepare business updates, performance reviews, and long-range strategy recommendations for leadership.
