Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy & operations, management consulting, or a high-growth B2B or marketplace environment.
- Proven track record of owning GTM initiatives end-to-end from strategy through execution.
- Experience building processes in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and working fluently with data.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Cursor for workflow automation.
- Ability to communicate complex information with clarity and influence to cross-functional partners.
- Willingness to manage low-level operational details as needed.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the go-to-market approach for merchant and customer acquisition.
- Design onboarding playbooks, qualification frameworks, and operational processes for team scale.
- Use AI tools to query large datasets, automate workflows, and build performance dashboards.
- Synthesize field feedback and data signals into product and operational recommendations.
- Define and track KPIs to ensure stakeholder alignment and accountability.
