Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a fast-growing startup.
- Professional fluency in French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to move fast with little structure or guidance.
- Proven track record of operating independently and executing on ambiguous projects.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in using AI tools for problem-solving, analysis, and execution.
- Proficiency with SQL and dashboards (nice to have).
- Experience with marketplaces or two-sided platforms (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Lead large, critical initiatives to unlock growth and assist in company scaling.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build scalable global solutions for international markets.
- Conduct primary research to identify opportunities across product, pricing, and incentives.
- Own key success metrics including buyer and seller funnels, growth, marketing investments, and margin dynamics.
- Bring business-side rigor to marketing capital deployment and channel decisions.
- Lead analyses across margin levers and growth investments to inform pricing decisions.
- Build tooling to track progress against goals and provide a single source of truth for key metrics.
- Pressure-test new products and own the resolution of high-impact operational issues.
