Requirements

  • Experience operating at scale through one-to-many partner engagement models and program frameworks.
  • Proven ability to build and optimize operational processes in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with marketplaces, partner ecosystems, technology partnerships, or related business models.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, AI-enabled workflows, or agentic systems designed to improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • High ownership, integrity, curiosity, and adaptability when working independently in a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete partner lifecycle, from onboarding and activation through renewal, while collaborating on growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute partner programs that improve engagement, adoption, retention, and revenue performance.
  • Build scalable communication strategies, automation workflows, and AI-enabled processes to support partner success at scale.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership commitments, contractual obligations, and operational goals are successfully achieved.
  • Create processes for managing royalty, revenue-sharing, and marketplace-related partnership activities.
  • Monitor partner performance, customer satisfaction, program health, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with sales and channel teams to support OEM relationships and enable successful customer experiences.
  • Develop documentation, enablement resources, reporting frameworks, and internal tools that improve program visibility.
  • Analyze performance data and establish systems that measure partner progress and ecosystem impact.
  • Continuously improve partner operations by identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and automation.
