- Proven experience developing and driving strategies to maximize retention.
- Comfortable operating at scale and supporting partners through a 1:many engagement style.
- Experience building agentic systems focused on automating processes.
- Experience helping partners and customers navigate marketplaces and transactions.
- Strong ability to optimize operational processes.
- Analytical mindset with experience solving business challenges.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- High integrity, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to thrive independently in a high-velocity environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the partner journey from onboarding to activation and renewal.
- Drive operational success and revenue goals using one-to-many communication, automation, and AI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure contract obligations are met.
- Define processes for managing agreements with royalty or revenue share components.
- Monitor deployment health and partner satisfaction to track progress and identify risks.
- Build automated systems to surface partner success metrics and program progress.
- Support OEM partner relationships and the external access program.
- Communicate upcoming OEM and Plugin Partner initiatives to stakeholders.
- Create enablement documentation and report on workstream performance.
- Implement and manage programs to scale the partner ecosystem.
