Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or client-facing roles.
- Proven experience building and monitoring physician network programs or clinical operations.
- Deep domain knowledge in healthcare or value-based care.
- Fluency with data, including pulling and interpreting metrics from CRM and other reporting tools.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong judgment regarding issue escalation and cross-functional communication.
- Confidence in direct interaction with external providers and practice staff.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- MBA degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operating model and outcomes for provider engagement and growth programs, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive progress through influence, data, and timelines.
- Track program status and performance, translating metrics into concise updates for senior leadership.
- Identify risks and blockers, maintaining clear escalation pathways to ensure rapid resolution.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including practice staff and providers, to conduct outreach and ensure momentum.
- Partner with analytics, commercial, and operations teams to align on program strategy.
- Design and implement scalable operating models and playbooks for provider engagement and growth.
