Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, healthcare operations, client-facing roles, or related fields.
  • Experience building, managing, and improving physician network programs, provider engagement initiatives, or clinical operations.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare environments, with experience in value-based care strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, operational tools, reporting systems, and data-driven workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for engaging with internal teams and external providers.
  • Experience in an early-stage, high-growth, or rapidly changing environment.
  • PMP certification or MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end operating model, execution, and outcomes for provider engagement and growth programs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams by driving alignment, accountability, and progress through clear communication and structured execution plans.
  • Monitor program performance, translating operational metrics into decision support for senior leadership.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and operational challenges, establishing escalation pathways to resolve issues quickly.
  • Support provider engagement activities, including outreach, follow-ups, and direct interactions with healthcare stakeholders.
  • Partner with analytics, growth, and commercial teams to align programs with broader business strategies.
  • Design scalable operating models, workflows, playbooks, and processes for efficient program growth.
  • Establish reporting cadences and visibility frameworks to provide leadership with insights into program health.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance program outcomes.
