Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of customers or partners with a focus on maximizing retention.
- Experience operating at scale using a 1:many engagement style.
- Experience building agentic systems focused on process automation and scaling.
- Experience helping partners and customers navigate marketplaces and transactions.
- Proficiency in building and optimizing operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business challenges and provide creative solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple programs and procedures.
- Proven ability to thrive independently in a high-velocity, dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the partner journey from onboarding to activation and renewal.
- Drive partners' operational success and revenue goals through one-to-many communication and automation/AI.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure negotiated partnership contracts and obligations are met.
- Define processes for operational success of agreements with royalty or revenue share components.
- Monitor deployment health and customer satisfaction to identify risks and progress.
- Build automation-driven systems to surface program progress and partner success metrics.
- Coordinate with Sales and Channel teams to enable OEM partner relationships.
- Create and enhance documentation and enablement materials.
- Implement and run programs to scale the partner ecosystem.
