Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, professional experience, or military experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting corporate, networked computer environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Experience supporting telephony equipment, conferencing systems, and workplace collaboration technologies.
- Experience with hardware installation, software troubleshooting, desktop support, and remote issue resolution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- 10+ years supporting enterprise IT environments with expertise in executive/VIP support (preferred).
- Familiarity with Mac OS environments (preferred).
- Certifications such as MCP, MCSE, CompTIA A+, or similar (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Deliver premium white-glove technical support to executive users, both onsite and remotely.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders by understanding their workflows and technology needs.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for desktop environments, corporate applications, AV equipment, and conferencing solutions.
- Independently diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain corporate computers and technology solutions.
- Recommend improvements and new technologies to enhance executive productivity.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism when handling sensitive business information.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to improve support processes.
