- Based in a timezone within ±3 hours of CET
- Proven experience in outbound sales—cold calling required
- Strong communication skills—persuasive, clear, and comfortable on the phone
- Genuine excitement about building something in a young, growing company
- Willingness and stamina to hit 60+ calls per day
- Experience working with a CRM
Responsibilities
- Make 50+ outbound sales calls per day
- Prospect and qualify leads across target European markets
- Build genuine rapport fast, in more than one language
- Log everything properly in the CRM
- Help shape a young, fast-moving company from the ground floor
