Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or procurement.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with billing systems and financial reporting tools.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Ability to perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain internal controls.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or life sciences is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day AP, AR, billing, cash application, vendor bill preparation, invoice processing, and collections follow-up.
- Support reconciliations, month-end close activities, reporting updates, account research, and accrual support.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, research discrepancies, and escalate issues as needed.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Clinical Operations, and Project Management stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate vendor, customer, invoice, and project documentation in financial systems.
- Support process improvements, system testing, and team backup coverage.
