Requirements
- College or University Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ year of relevant work experience, preferably in financial operations, payments, or health benefits administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective liaison with carriers and internal teams.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Research member-level payment issues and coordinate resolution.
- Monitor monthly ongoing carrier payments.
- Manage SEP (Special Enrollment Period) carrier payments and autopay setup.
- Maintain SOPs for carrier payments.
- Coordinate with other Operation teams to ensure client setup in internal systems.
- Execute and track carrier-level binder payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Onboard new Easy Enroll carrier payment processes.
