Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in specialty pharmacy, revenue cycle, or health system services.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in healthcare.
  • Direct experience selling into non-profit health systems is required.
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to build and present financial models, ROI analyses, and operational pro formas.
  • Deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, including 340B program mechanics, payer contracting, specialty drug economics, and clinical program design.
  • Expert consultative sales skills, including objection handling and consensus building across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree in health administration or public health strongly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of target health systems including payer mix, specialty pharmacy volume, 340B program status, and revenue cycle performance.
  • Build institution-specific financial models and pro formas to quantify operational and economic impact for CFO and financial leadership audiences.
  • Translate complex pharmacy and financial data into board-ready narratives aligning to strategic and mission priorities.
  • Engage C-Suite executives including CEO, CFO, CSO, and CMO to position company as a long-term strategic operating and revenue partner.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across clinical and administrative stakeholders using a structured engagement strategy.
  • Navigate complex governance structures, board-level accountability, and community health obligations common in non-profit health systems.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline, forecast discipline, and deal velocity tracking using Salesforce.
  • Provide structured competitive intelligence on market trends, CMS reimbursement, and specialty pharmacy policy to internal leadership.
