Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.
- Ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction through effective project management.
- Manage incidents and client communication.
- Coordinate with Senior Project Managers and Program Managers to provide project status updates.
- Develop and execute project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Distribute project status reports to internal management and client project teams.
- Coordinate activities among project team members, internal departments, and vendors to meet project goals.
- Manage project risks and issues to ensure objectives are achieved within budget and scope.
- Conduct project closure activities, including handovers and documentation.
