About Sparkfund
Sparkfund powers the energy transition by enabling businesses to pay over time for energy-efficient products and services. You will join a company that has deployed over 3,500 projects across 43 states. More than 300MW of energized assets have been constructed, transforming buildings into grid extensions. Sparkfund's Distributed Capacity Procurement (DCP) model helps utilities deploy and dispatch Distributed Energy Resources (DERs). This approach optimizes grid performance, meets demand, and accelerates clean energy adoption. You will work with utilities, energy brands, and commercial real estate owners, driving a more resilient and sustainable energy future.
How We Work
Sparkfund operates with a remote-first philosophy, offering you flexibility. You will find opportunities for in-person collaboration, balancing autonomy with teamwork. The culture emphasizes ownership, resilience, and a shared purpose. Expect a people-first environment with flexible schedules and home-office stipends. We also offer 12 weeks of gender-neutral paid caregiver leave. You can enjoy an alternating four-day workweek, with every other Friday off. Your contributions will directly impact our fast-moving, problem-solving environment.
