Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in construction management, technical project management, trade contracting, or a related field
- Experience working in HVAC, controls, electrical systems, distributed generation, energy services, or related markets
- Experience managing Project Managers and overseeing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong project planning, scheduling, budget management, and cost forecasting experience
- Experience reviewing and administering project contracts, scopes, and change requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and communicate with executive stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management software and cloud-based information management tools
- Strong commitment to workplace and job-site safety
- Ability to travel approximately 10–30% of the time
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a portfolio of customer EPC projects
- Ensure projects meet customer requirements, budgets, schedules, and quality expectations
- Monitor portfolio performance, milestones, risks, and key performance indicators
- Manage portfolio-level budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial performance
- Directly manage and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer stakeholders
- Present portfolio and project information to internal leaders, customers, and executive stakeholders
