Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery and design through development and implementation.
  • Experience managing project budgets, financial reporting, burn reports, and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Background working in an agency environment with experience supporting creative and digital projects.
  • Ability to independently manage projects end-to-end while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies and delivery practices.
  • Experience leading teams, assigning responsibilities, mentoring colleagues, and coordinating cross-functional contributors.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to understand needs, provide strategic guidance, and maintain productive relationships.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with experience identifying risks, resolving challenges, and improving processes.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, and Coda; familiarity with Figma is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects and campaign workstreams across strategy, creative, technology, production, and media teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, building trusted relationships and maintaining clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, budgets, scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful launches.
  • Communicate project status updates, recommendations, risks, and opportunities to both internal teams and clients.
  • Monitor project performance, identify potential challenges early, and implement proactive solutions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and client expectations while protecting project quality and objectives.
  • Support team collaboration by allocating tasks, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring resources are effectively aligned.
  • Apply project management methodologies, including agile practices, to improve delivery processes and outcomes.
