Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, focusing on leading and delivering complex projects or programs.
- Experience with data center/workload migrations, consolidation, and/or build-outs.
- Strong technical knowledge in Dell, VMware, Rubrik, NetApp, etc.
- Advanced skills in the use of project management software.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and medium to high complexity projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to effectively facilitate interaction with executive-level clients.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align projects with organizational goals.
- Adept at using negotiation techniques to reach agreements.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.
- Ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction through effective project management.
- Manage project initiation, including identifying contractual obligations, client needs, and goals.
- Develop, define, and execute project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities among project team members, internal departments, and vendors.
- Manage project risks, issues, and progress to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Directly oversee and develop assigned employees to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct project closure activities, handover documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
- Utilize PSA systems to maintain updated project information.
- Assist in presales efforts including OA, SOWs, and customer presentations.
