- Translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions following platform best practices.
- Conduct client and internal technical demonstrations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and identify technical risks during planning.
- Build and extend core-platform features, integrations, and application functionality.
- Enforce coding standards, perform peer reviews, and manage deployments including cutover and rollback.
- Own defect resolution during UAT and hyper-care phases.
- Coach technical consultants and junior developers through actionable feedback.
- Lead delivery across core ITSM, Service Portal, and at least one secondary suite (ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, or ESM).
