Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, ideally within fintech or scale-up companies.
- Experience working in complex, ambiguous problem spaces with rapidly changing technology.
- Strong understanding of automation, AI-driven tooling, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially operational teams, to deliver impactful solutions.
- Ability to make decisions balancing trade-offs like speed versus accuracy while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to drive product decisions and measure success.
- Comfortable working on data-led, complex technical products with ML engineers.
Responsibilities
- Optimize Fincrime investigation workflows to reduce handling time while maintaining accuracy.
- Scale automation and AI-first solutions to reduce manual intervention.
- Enhance tooling for Customer Operations (COps) to streamline investigations and reduce reliance on external tools.
- Improve demand forecasting and workforce planning to optimize capacity and reduce customer wait times.
- Drive cultural and process improvements, including investigator training and skills leveling.
- Lead cross-functional squads across risk, engineering, data, machine learning, and operations to deliver the strategic roadmap.
