Requirements
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience with B2B SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Metabase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Strong knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies.
- Superior ability to communicate data plans to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using AI for prompting, prototyping, and research.
- Demonstrated ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Ability to pivot strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Nice to have: Experience in data-heavy industries (LMS, Reporting, or Logging).
- Nice to have: Technical background to follow architectural discussions regarding data pipelines.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of cybersecurity nuances like MITRE ATT&CK.
Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery and delivery of data-centric features to ensure high adoption of reporting tools.
- Define and implement an outcome-oriented roadmap backed by KPIs.
- Collaborate daily with Analytics and Data Engineering teams to translate raw data into product vision.
- Partner with Engineering and Design for implementation and align with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on value delivery.
- Conduct deep-dive research with B2B customers to translate data needs into feature requirements.
