Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Design, or a similar product-focused role within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven experience building, launching, and scaling consumer-facing digital products globally.
- Strong UX intuition with a passion for design quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience turning ambiguous challenges into clear product strategies and actionable plans.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, leadership, and business teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on shipping, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable adapting priorities and operating in dynamic startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the product direction, roadmap, and execution strategy for the Studio product experience.
- Define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure high-quality delivery from concept to production.
- Identify complex user problems and develop simple, elegant solutions that improve the overall product experience.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to build, test, and launch impactful features.
- Work directly with leadership to shape product strategy and make informed decisions on priorities.
- Explore and prototype new concepts using modern product and design tools to validate ideas quickly.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to validate assumptions, improve features, and continuously enhance the product.
- Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and use data-driven insights to guide product decisions.
