Requirements
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, with the ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes.
- AI fluency, with a clear point of view on utilizing AI for pattern detection and compliance workflows.
- Seasoned Product Manager experience with a track record in platforms, APIs, or operational products.
- Platform mindset focused on scalability and reducing manual effort.
- Strong UX sensibilities for both administrative and customer-facing tools.
- Outstanding communication skills for async, cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Engineering, Design, Treasury, and Legal.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions using query and visualization tools.
- Excellent judgment for strategic prioritization and tactical feature scoping.
- Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Experience with risk/compliance platforms and third-party screening or fraud detection tooling (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own credit risk assessment, scoring models, and reserve management strategies.
- Develop proactive fraud detection controls, freeze mechanisms, and dispute workflows.
- Automate end-to-end compliance, including KYB verification, AML screening, and background checks.
- Build platform-oriented, configurable systems to reduce reliance on engineering for risk operations.
- Partner with Collections and Treasury on risk reserves and enforcement actions.
- Lead a product team delivering high-throughput improvements to automation and risk accuracy.
