Requirements
- 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in financial products.
- Hands-on TradFi experience in ETFs, mutual funds, equities, futures, or brokerage/trading products.
- Practical understanding of structured products and payoff structures (e.g., dual-currency, snowball, shark fin).
- Working proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in full product lifecycle management from ideation to post-launch iteration.
- Strong experience with agile frameworks.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Risk.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning and execution of Binance Earn's TradFi product line, covering ETFs, mutual funds, and equities.
- Manage the full product lifecycle for TradFi offerings from market research and PRD writing to launch.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure products meet regional regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design and operations of structured options products like Dual Investment, Snowball, and Shark Fin.
- Partner with Quant and Market Maker teams to define product rules, payoff structures, and pricing parameters.
- Drive end-to-end product delivery using agile practices and track development progress.
- Track and analyze key product metrics like TVL, AUM, and conversion rates to drive iteration.
