Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering successful products.
- Proven experience driving large migrations or re-architectures with cross-team dependencies.
- Experience building products under trust, compliance, or policy constraints.
- Customer-first mindset with ability to translate user pain points into simple products.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across engineering, design, and business.
- Comfort using data to set priorities and measure impact.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn unowned problem spaces into roadmaps.
- Based in Poland or Israel.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to maintain partial working-hours overlap with U.S. Pacific time.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy for platform domains and translate them into requirements, user flows, and decision frameworks.
- Drive the roadmap for the agency-to-producer migration and associated platform capabilities.
- Design roles and permissions models to support agency scaling.
- Consolidate US insurance compliance requirements into automated, auditable lifecycle flows.
- Define clear contracts and migration paths for internal teams using platform surfaces.
- Partner with engineering leads to establish operating rhythms and project sequences.
- Navigate technical constraints across legacy systems and the admin portal.
