Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of project or account management experience within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency.
- Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions.
- Proven experience with timeline development and budget management.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Ability to lead and manage other project management staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage large, multi-faceted projects or campaigns and oversee project management staff.
- Collaborate with agency teams to establish staffing plans, forecast work, and allocate resources.
- Act as a communications hub between agency members and partners.
- Develop project timelines, create estimates, and manage projects to budget.
- Coordinate with Creative Services and Business Leadership to manage resources and budgets.
- Enforce agency processes and recommend system or software improvements to enhance efficiency.
