Requirements
- 6+ years of operational and/or selling experience in endpoint operations or security.
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support positions.
- Significant software pre-sales or related value-based technical selling expertise.
- Experience presenting at multiple levels, from C-Suite to solution users.
- Experience using AI prompts, skills, and plugins to perform data analysis and accelerate presales.
- Broad knowledge of the IT security, operations, and compliance space.
- Hands-on experience in Endpoint Security, IT Operations Management, or Regulatory Compliance.
- Demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with sales teams from initial discovery to deal close to shorten cycles and improve closing rates.
- Oversee and participate in discovery meetings, platform demos, and technical Proof of Value engagements.
- Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions using the Tanium platform.
- Act as a technical expert to ensure pre-sales motions align with strategic account goals.
- Collaborate with business partners (resellers, MSPs, GSIs) to ensure consistent customer experience.
- Present Tanium solutions to various stakeholders, from C-level executives to technical users.
- Participate and speak at regional marketing events and conferences.
