Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive program management, operations, consulting, or business transformation experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or complex enterprise initiatives.
- Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in complex environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive business decisions.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% as business needs require.
- Availability for occasional weekend or after-hours support during critical launches.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Agile certification preferred.
- Experience in fleet maintenance, transportation, or last mile delivery preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of cross-functional programs aligned with strategic objectives and operational performance goals.
- Develop multi-year roadmaps to support growth, scalability, and service excellence.
- Establish governance frameworks, success metrics, and executive reporting mechanisms.
- Drive enterprise-wide readiness, change management, and adoption for Last Mile operations.
- Influence and align senior leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams.
- Lead business process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze data to identify trends, forecast impacts, and support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and develop Program Managers to foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
