Job Details

J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a state bar.
12+ years of legal experience, including meaningful experience in both a leading law firm and an in-house legal department.
Experience supporting healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, AI, or other highly regulated technology businesses.
Prior experience leading and developing legal teams while remaining actively engaged in legal execution.
Demonstrated success advising executive leadership teams on complex legal and business matters.
Exceptional commercial judgment with the ability to provide practical, business-focused advice.
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong experience with commercial contracting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and litigation management.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Serve as the company's chief legal advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
Develop and execute the company's overall legal strategy, ensuring legal priorities support business growth.
Lead, coach, and develop a high performing legal team including Associate General Counsel and Commercial Counsel.
Personally negotiate, draft, and advise on complex commercial agreements, strategic partnerships, and healthcare contracts.
Lead all corporate governance activities, entity management, and governance best practices.
Identify and mitigate emerging legal and regulatory risks across healthcare, privacy, AI, and corporate regulations.
Lead legal support for mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and financings.
